Inspector Blair Stone is an associate member of the Ontario Association of Home Inspectors as well as a member of the Canadian Association of Home and Property Inspectors.
My main goal as a home inspector is the well being of my clients. I am determined to eliminate
buyers regret one inspection at a time. By devoting 100% of my time and knowledge to each inspection. I will provide every client with a report that is an accurate reflection of any and all defects, big or small, that are occurring in the home. Accompanying the report, free of charge, will also be a home maintenance book with a repair and renovation costs guide. This material can help the homeowner understand the systems of the home and any cost associated with them.
Pre-sale and pre-purchase inspections are offered. Each inspection takes between 2-4 hrs to complete and a detailed report is produced at the end of the inspection. Clients are welcome and encouraged to attend the inspection so that all the needs and concerns of the client can be addressed and discussed.
